My Story
This company was started by Stephanie Kathan(me), I live in Wilmington,Vermont, with my children and our dog Trinity. At the age of 42, I realized that working as a waitress is not a life long career, although it sure did get me through a lot! I want to try to be a better person today, than I was yesterday, And my Dream is to have Oprah try my Handmade Soaps!! My Purpose is to find creative ways to give, show compassion and to be able to help people make a living doing what they love,and to help them understand that life can be wonderful and amazing! Also I want to inspire others with the success I have achieved, doing what I love through Cranberry and Sage of Vermont. I have lost most of my family to cancer,(both grandparents, both parents, and most recently my brother at the young age of 47 )therefore I have learned through life's experiences that you must learn to live life!! Do what brings you joy and you will find the way to Happiness! During the loss of my brother Rodney Patterson to Multiple Myleoma Leukemia, I had the opportunity to stay at the Upper Valley Hostel in Hanover, NH. They provide a wonderful, safe, and warm environment for patients of the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. They provide food, shelter, laundry, even loaner cars, for folks to travel to the hospital! My Sister in Law and I were treated with such tenderness and care that it has touched me deep in my soul. I can only pray that I will be able to light the way for someone else the way that they did for us. Thanks for your patronage, and your support in helping me reach these goals--------
